The concept of coliving is suitable for freelancers, digital nomads, young professionals, or for those who are looking for comfortable and effortless living, work-life balance, and a great community.
Our WorkLounge Living is located in Žižkov, only 20 minutes by tram from the center of Prague. We offer a total of 14 fully furnished apartments with an area of about 25 m2. You can choose from two types of studios and two price packages including various benefits, such as the entrance to fitness and wellness or membership in Karlín coworking.

What our coliving studios offer?
Each studio offers a fully equipped kitchenette in variants with or without a kitchen island, a private bathroom, a sofa bed (140x200cm) with a mattress designed for permanent sleeping, wardrobes, and a dining table with two chairs.
The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, and microwave. In the kitchen, you will find basic utensils for dining and cooking. As part of the Basic package, each member has access to a shared lounge with pleasant facilities for work and relaxation. If you like more comfort, you can use the Comfort package.

The Comfort package is designed for those who want to rent with many benefits. With this option, you get a studio with air conditioning, coworking, and entrance to fitness and wellness. On the ground floor of the building, there is a professionally equipped small fitness center and a wellness area with a sauna and a hot tub, which are booked using the internal system.
If you would like to change your work environment or get to know the extended community, the Hot Desk membership in Karlín coworking is ready for you.Prices according to unit size and period time.

Yes, you can rent a parking space in a private garage for a fee (starting at) 120 EUR/month.
WorkLounge Living requires its tenants to pay a deposit equal to 1 monthly rent including services. The deposit is returned to the bank account within 5 working days of departure.
We sign a contract for accomodation and getting a permanent residence with this contract is not legally possible.
In your Comfort package, you have unlimited access to fitness and 2x access to wellness per month. Wellness reservations are required at least 2 hours before the entry and you can book a visit through our application. Additional entrance can be purchased according to the valid price lists at the reception or in the app.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement of the building, which can be used for a fee. The price per hour of laundry is 30 CZK (1-2 EURos) and payment is by card. You can rent a vacuum cleaner, mop, dryer, ironing board and iron for free.
You can also rent bed linen and terry cloth at the reception, but it is subject to a paid change at least once every 14 days. If you do not want to take care of anything, weekly cleaning can be arranged. A final cleaning when you leave the studio is compulsory and costs 50 euros.
The studio and sofa bed are primarily designed for comfortable long-term sleeping for one person only. It is possible to use the studio with two people by prior arrangement. The price per room remains the same, but only one membership to the Karlin Cowork is included in the Comfort package.
