Our Event Venues are particularly suitable for conferences, corporate events, workshops, training sessions, presentations and networking. The specific venue and set-up are selected according to the number of guests, technical requirements and type of event.
WorkLounge provides venue hire, recommendations on the right location and set-up, standard technical equipment and its set-up, venue preparation, event coordination and a drinks package.
Through external partners, we can also arrange catering, a DJ, decorations and other production services. To prepare a proposal, simply tell us the type of event, number of guests, date, preferred set-up, technical requirements, catering needs and budget.
We offer Event Venues at Prikopy for up to 100 people, Wenceslas Square for up to 40 people, Dejvice for up to 75 people and Event House Karlin for up to 250 people.
Příkopy, Wenceslas Square and Dejvice are part of our serviced WorkLounge locations. Event House Karlín is a standalone venue with its own street entrance. Capacity may vary depending on the selected set-up.
Yes. All Meeting & Event spaces are also available to external clients.
Meeting Rooms can be found in the online booking system on our website, where you can view locations and available times and book your chosen room directly.
Enquiries for Event Venues or a Podcast Studio can be sent to event@worklounge.com; our event team will get back to you as soon as possible. For events, please also include the time you need for venue preparation, guest registration, the event itself, final networking and clean-up.
Members can receive up to a 50% discount on Event Venues; the specific offer is prepared by our event team. Meeting Rooms are charged to members in credits. One hour in a standard Meeting Room costs 1 credit. The premium Boardrooms at Pankrac, Dejvice and Karlin cost 2 credits per hour. One credit is worth CZK 350, excl. VAT.
Meeting Rooms feature modern, easy-to-use presentation technology (Apple TV/HDMI), a flipchart or whiteboard, Wi-Fi and a drinks package.
Event Venues include Wi-Fi, projection equipment, a sound system, at least two microphones, an HDMI cable, the necessary adapters, a presentation clicker and the required equipment and furnishings. Event Venue hire also includes a drinks package and support from the event team.
WorkLounge offers two professionally equipped Podcast Studios. The Prikopy studio is designed primarily for podcast recording, while the Karlin studio provides complete production facilities for both audio and video – including multi-camera recording, live streaming and full production support. Full equipment and technical specifications are available on the detail page for each space.
Yes. Event Venues can be used outside standard opening hours by prior arrangement. A surcharge of CZK 350/hour excl. VAT applies outside standard opening hours, at weekends or on public holidays; no additional staffing costs are charged.
Meeting Rooms can only be used during reception opening hours, from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays.
WorkLounge can arrange a trusted catering partner or, by prior agreement, allow you to use your own supplier. There is no handling fee for using your own supplier, but the client is responsible for the supplier’s services.
