WorkLounge is a family-run business that operates serviced offices and coworking centres in Prague. We provide equipped and fully serviced offices for small and large teams, design coworking, also shared and private offices for individuals.
You can also choose our space for your event or business meeting, as well as podcast recording. We're not just about you getting an office, we're about you getting perfect customer service. At the same time, a space where you can develop and become part of the WorkLounge community, where through various business and informal events we connect members across business, branches and help them grow.

History - WorkLounge story
In 2010, our CEO & Founder Lubomír Šilhavý opens his first office and coworking space with 120 offices in Florida. The offices are rented out very quickly, the first networking events are organized shortly after they are filled and a community of experts begins to build. Seven years later, the concept moved to Prague and WorkLounge opened its first office in Forum Karlín.
2024
WorkLounge Pankrác, Žižkov and Dejvice
In the spring we successfully opened the second floor of the City Point building, where we built a truly beautiful and modern space with stunning views and first-class facilities, WorkLounge Pankrác. In September, we are opening WorkLounge Žižkov and you can move into the Dejvice offices at the turn of 2024/2025.
2023
New location Na Příkopě and new members of WL team
In 2023, we are taking over the Na Příkopě branch and adding it to our fine serviced office locations. Our team grows by several management members and at the end of the year we acquire the City Point building, which comes under our ownership.
2022
New style and lounge for Smíchov!
The Smíchov branch is expanding into the entire building, the terrace is being prepared, the lounge has also undergone a complete transformation and our services and the variety of offices and coworking are now taking shape in Prague 5.

2019
WorkLounge's first growth in Prague, Karlín and Wenceslas Square
In September 2019, we are expanding our office in the Karlín Forum with new premises and opening another location - right on Wenceslas Square. At the same time, the daughters of the CEO are joining our team and are involved in the running of the branches.

The first branch in Prague, WorkLounge Karlín
The concept of shared or serviced offices, coworking and the idea that you can come to the office both excited and happy is coming true in the Czech Republic, in our first ever Czech location, the Karlin Forum. And most importantly! The offices fill up incredibly quickly.
2010
The very first coworking space in Florida
The first branch in the USA, Cape Coral, Florida, where you can also visit as a WorkLounge member. It's our alma mater and always full of coworking and serviced office space. The waiting list for offices has grown to unprecedented proportions some years.
