This informal meeting room with a nice atmosphere is ideal for recording podcasts or job interviews. A drink package (water, tea, coffee) in a form of self-service is included in the price. If you need a meeting room for more people or with presentation equipment, you can choose from our offer of meeting rooms.
It is necessary to send a list of attendees to karlin@worklounge.com for meetings of up to 15 people. The reception at Forum Karlín will check if the person is on the list of attendees and will let them in without an entry card.

Yes, we have meeting rooms available at each location. You can book them via the website or, if you are a member, via the app. At the Karlin branch we have a total of nine with a capacity of 4 to 20 people, at the Diamant branch we have five with a capacity of 6 to 25 people and at the Smichov branch we have three with a capacity of 6 to 9 people. The Příkopy branch has 7 of them, with a capacity of up to 8 people, and we also offer 3 new meeting rooms in Pankrác. You can find an overview, reservations and availability in the app. You can choose a location and a specific room. Your credits are used to book a meeting room, where 1 credit = 1 hour in the meeting room. Any changes or cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, then the credit will be loaded back into your account. The cost of one credit is 350,- excluding VAT and you can purchase them if required via the app. You can connect your computer to the TV using an HDMI cable or via Apple Tv. When you leave the meeting room, you need to maintain its original state.
Yes, meeting rooms can be booked externally through our web form. We have a total of 30 meeting rooms with a capacity of 4 to 25 people. You can find prices and photos of specific rooms in the Meeting Rooms section.
If you are a member, you can use the credits included in your monthly membership to book meeting rooms (1 credit = 1 hour in the meeting rooms). If you need more hours, credits can be purchased in the WorkLounge membership app. The price of one purchased credit comes out to 350 CZK excluding VAT and can be paid online by credit card or by paying an invoice. Event space can only be booked through the Event Sales Manager in person, by phone or by email at event@worklounge.com. As a member you have a discounted price and according to the actual use of the space an invoice will be issued. The use of credits for event space rental can only be used in exceptional cases and the number of credits per rental is then set individually. Please define the rental period to us including time for event preparation and subsequent networking and end of rental longer than 30 minutes.
We offer meeting rooms with a capacity of 4 to 25 people and conference rooms with a capacity of 25 to 100 people. Spaces can be booked through our form on the website. Event and conference rooms can be requested through our event manager at event@worklounge.com or by using our enquiry form. WorkLounge members can book meeting rooms easily through our app or by contacting the WorkLounge reception.
Each of the meeting rooms is equipped with a high-speed WiFi connection, a projection TV with connectivity via Apple TV or HDMI cables, or can be equipped with an interactive device There is also a whiteboard or flip-chart. If needed, a Jabra system or camera can be borrowed for online meet. Large conference rooms are also equipped with a sound system, projector, projection screen and microphones.
WorkLounge Karlín is located at Pernerova 51, which can be reached by car or by metro Line B. It’s only a short five-minute walk from the Křižíkova metro station.
Our WorkLounge Diamant location is best accessed by metro, and is located directly by the entrance to the Můstek station of metro Line A.
WorkLounge Příkopy can be found at Panská 2, the entrance is from Panská Street, about 80 steps from the Lidl shop, behind the garage you will see a door with a sign Na Příkopě 14. You will find us on the 4th and especially the 5th floor.
WorkLounge Smíchov is located a few steps from the Klamovka bus stop, on Plzeňská street 155/113. It is also possible to use parking next to the WorkLounge building.
WorkLounge Pankrác is located on the 2nd floor of the City Point building in Prague's Pankrác district.
