Need a change of scenery for the day, somewhere to work between meetings, or simply don’t want to work from a café? With a Day Pass, you get access to WorkLounge for one working day, from 9 am to 5 pm. You can choose a workspace in the coworking area or a small private office for several people. No membership, no commitment and no need to book weeks in advance. Simply buy access to your chosen location online and come in to work.
During the day, you can use WorkLounge facilities just like our members – lounges and relaxation areas, quiet zones, phone booths and kitchens. You’ll also have access to fast Wi-Fi, coffee and other drinks.

A Day Pass is a one-off solution for anyone who needs a workspace for one day, from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays. It includes a workspace in the shared lounge, Wi-Fi, phone booths, shared facilities and unlimited coffee, tea and water. Meeting Rooms are available at an additional cost.
Hot Desk is a membership with a flexible shared workspace – each time you visit, you choose any available desk and have 24/7 access to your home location.
Dedicated Desk gives you your own permanent desk in a shared office, where you can leave your work setup and personal belongings. You also have 24/7 access to your home location.
Both memberships include full access to WorkLounge facilities, Wi-Fi, unlimited coffee and other drinks, reception services, printing and credits for Meeting Rooms or visits to other locations.
A Day Pass gives you access to a workspace in the shared areas of our coworking space and WorkLounge’s shared facilities from 9 am to 5 pm.
An Office Day Pass gives you a private office for one to four people for the same period. It’s a good option if you need more privacy or want to work together as a small team. Availability depends on current capacity.
Hot Desk and Dedicated Desk members have 24/7 access to their home location. If you need to work from another part of Prague, you can use credits to book a workspace at another WorkLounge location on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm.
A Day Pass is valid only for the selected location on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm.
Credits can be used for Meeting Rooms or a workspace at another WorkLounge location.
Hot Desk includes 1 credit per month and Dedicated Desk includes 2 credits per month. Unused membership credits expire at the end of the month, and you can buy additional credits at any time.
Both memberships also include 250 print units per month. Additional credits, printing above the included limit and parking are available at an additional cost. The specific range of additional services varies by location.
A Day Pass does not include any credits or printing units.
Yes. WorkLounge locations offer Quiet Zones, Phone Booths and Meeting Rooms, and we also have shared rules that support a calm environment and respect for other people’s work.
Quiet Zones and Phone Booths are freely available to members subject to current use, while Meeting Rooms can be booked in advance.

If WorkLounge feels like the right fit, you can also arrange a free Trial Day after your tour. The next step is choosing your membership, signing the agreement and receiving access.
If you don’t need a membership and only want to come in for a day, you can simply buy a Day Pass online for your preferred date and location – no tour or agreement required.
Hot Desk and Dedicated Desk are available without a long-term commitment, with a minimum membership term of one month and a one-month notice period.
Membership can start at any time during the month, with the first month charged pro rata from the start date. At the start of the membership, a refundable deposit of 1.5 times the monthly membership fee and an administration fee of CZK 500 excl. VAT per person are payable. If membership ends before 12 months, an exit fee of CZK 990 excl. VAT per person applies.
A Day Pass is not a membership, so these terms do not apply.
Hot Desk and Dedicated Desk members can use the app to book Meeting Rooms and workspaces at other locations, manage and purchase credits, and register guests.

We support our community in a way that is open to new people and naturally creates opportunities for personal and professional connections. We regularly organise coffee breaks, breakfasts, introductions for new members, networking events and other community activities. Membership also includes member benefits and access to selected events. How much you get involved is entirely up to you – community is a natural part of WorkLounge, not an obligation.
Yes. As a member, you can host one guest for up to 2 hours per day. The visit must be registered in advance in the member app. For longer meetings or more guests, you can use Meeting Rooms, which can be booked using credits. This option applies to Hot Desk and Dedicated Desk memberships, not to a Day Pass.
