A Private Office gives you your own enclosed workspace for an individual or a team of up to 15 people. Everything is ready when you arrive, so you can get straight to work – with quality coffee and other drinks included. We take care of the day-to-day running of your office.
Your office is private, but you’re not limited to it. You also have access to the full coworking facilities, including lounges and quiet zones, phone booths, kitchens and meeting rooms. Reception services, mail handling, printing, coffee and other drinks are all included.
You have 24/7 access to your office. And when you need to work or meet elsewhere in Prague, you can use your credits for meeting rooms and coworking at our other locations.
This gives you a stable workspace without a long-term commitment. The minimum membership term is one month, with a one-month notice period.

WorkLounge Serviced Offices are suitable for individuals and companies that want their own office with a complete working environment, without the operational hassle. We offer Private Offices for individuals and teams of up to 15 people.
For larger teams of 15+ people, we offer WorkLounge Business, where the space, services and contractual terms are tailored individually to the company’s needs.
At WorkLounge, you get a fully equipped office and its day-to-day operation in one solution. You do not need to invest in your own fit-out and furniture or arrange internet, utilities, cleaning, reception, maintenance or individual suppliers separately. You pay for a ready-to-use workspace and the services you use, rather than financing and operating an entire office yourself.
Private Office prices start at approximately CZK 4,200 per person/month, excl. VAT, and vary by location and office size. The price includes a fully equipped office, Wi-Fi, utilities, cleaning and maintenance, reception services and mail handling, shared facilities, unlimited coffee, tea and water, 3 credits and 250 print units per person per month. Some additional services, such as parking, a registered company address or extra credits, are available at an additional cost.
Tell us your team size, preferred location and what you need from your office. We’ll recommend the right solution and arrange a tour. You then choose a specific office, sign the agreement and receive your access credentials. Many offices are ready for a quick move-in. The exact date depends on current availability, any requested adjustments, signing the agreement and payment of the initial charges.
For a flexible Private Office agreement, the minimum membership term is one month with a one-month notice period. Membership can start at any time during the month, with the first month charged pro rata from the start date.
At the start of the membership, a refundable deposit of 1.5 times the monthly membership fee and an administration fee of CZK 500 excl. VAT per person are payable. If membership ends before 12 months, an exit fee of CZK 990 excl. VAT per person applies.
Terms for longer-term agreements or WorkLounge Business may differ depending on the individual agreement.
Yes. Your office can change as your business changes. If your team grows, you can move into a larger space. If your needs change, you can downsize or move to another WorkLounge location. This means you do not have to pay today for space you may only need several years from now. Specific options always depend on current availability and the terms of your agreement.
Each Private Office seat includes 3 credits per month. You can use them to book Meeting Rooms or a workspace at another WorkLounge location. Workspaces at other locations are available on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm, subject to capacity. Unused membership credits expire at the end of the month. You can buy additional credits in the member app, and purchased credits carry over to future months.
In the member app, you can book Meeting Rooms and workspaces at other locations, manage and purchase credits, and register guests. You’ll also find information about community events, news and member benefits.
Offices are equipped as standard with a desk, ergonomic chair and lockable storage. Your own furniture, additional equipment or office adjustments can be arranged individually, depending on what the space allows.
Yes. With a Private Office, you can host one guest for up to 2 hours per day. The visit must be registered in advance in the member app. For longer meetings or more guests, you can use Meeting Rooms, which can be booked using credits.
