The new Event House in Karlín
We’ve officially opened our new multifunctional venue at Forum Karlín – the new flagship of WorkLounge’s event offering.
It was created as a professional yet welcoming venue where you don’t have to piece your event together across multiple suppliers. With two floors, an atrium and thoughtful zoning, different parts of the programme can take place naturally within the same venue without disrupting one another.

Tell us the type of event, number of guests, date and what you need for the event to run smoothly. Our event team will recommend a suitable venue at one of our locations in Karlin, Prikopy, Wenceslas Square or Dejvice and help you choose the right set-up.
Yes. Event Venues are available to both WorkLounge members and external clients. Simply send us an enquiry with the date, type of event and approximate number of guests, and our event team will work through the remaining details with you. WorkLounge members can receive up to a 50% discount on venue hire.
Venue hire includes a drinks package with unlimited coffee, tea and water, the venue’s standard AV equipment, furniture and basic cleaning.
Specific equipment varies by venue. Additional services and individual requirements are priced according to the scope of your event.
Our Event Venues are equipped with presentation and audiovisual technology according to the type and size of the space – for example screens or projection, a sound system and microphones.
We choose technology that is reliable and easy to use. If needed, our team can help with preparation, connection and operation. Additional technical equipment can be arranged for more demanding productions.
Yes. We work with trusted catering partners, such as Musa Catering, and will be happy to recommend a solution based on the type of event, number of guests and your requirements. If you have your own supplier, you can use them too. Our locations provide facilities for catering preparation and service.
Yes – depending on how much support you need. If you only need the venue, we’ll be happy to prepare it and hand it over to you. If you need help with organisation, set-up, technology, catering or other parts of the event, our event team can provide more extensive support. Our experienced team will be on site throughout your event.
Yes. By prior arrangement, events can also be held in the evening, at weekends or on public holidays. A staffing surcharge of CZK 350/hour, excl. VAT, applies outside standard opening hours.
Yes. For full-day, multi-day or regularly recurring events, we can prepare an individual price proposal. Specific terms depend on the venue, date and scope of hire.
Depending on the type of event, we can also help arrange additional technical equipment, decorations, production, moderation, photography or video, and other services through our team and trusted partners.
The scope and price of these services are always tailored individually to the specific event.
After you send an enquiry, our event team will confirm venue availability, the scope of hire and the services you require. You will then receive a hire agreement and invoice.
The hire period should also include the time needed to prepare the venue before the event and any time required to finish the programme or networking afterwards.
