City Point building
Acquiring City Point in 2023 was one of our key real estate deals, and it strengthened our position as one of the three largest flexible office providers in the Czech Republic.
This four-storey office building offers both office and retail space and has 109 parking spaces in its underground garages. We are gradually transforming it into a modern serviced office and coworking concept that reflects the current needs of companies and individuals.
At the same time, the building is undergoing an extensive energy audit and the implementation of an energy management system with the aim of meeting the highest ESG standards. We are focused on improving the building’s long-term energy efficiency, particularly in areas with the greatest potential for savings, such as ventilation, lighting and heating.
The project was funded by the European Union through the NextGenerationEU fund under the National Recovery Plan.

Reception at all six Prague locations is open from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays. Members have 24/7 access to their home location. They can visit another location from 9 am to 5 pm after booking through the member app; a Day Pass to another location costs 1 credit.
Yes. WorkLounge locations offer Quiet Zones, Phone Booths and Meeting Rooms, and we also have shared rules that support a calm environment and respect for other people’s work. Quiet Zones and Phone Booths are freely available to members subject to current use, while Meeting Rooms can be booked in advance.
Paid parking is available at Prikopy, Smichov, Dejvice, Karlin and Pankrac. Availability, capacity, price and booking arrangements vary by location, so please check with the reception team at the relevant location.

Bike storage and showers are available at Prikopy, Wenceslas Square, Smichov, Dejvice, Karlin and Pankrac. Access rules and availability may vary by building.
WorkLounge is dog-friendly: calm, well-behaved dogs are welcome. The exception is WorkLounge Dejvice in the Telehouse building, where building rules do not allow dogs. Dogs must be kept on a lead in shared areas and remain the responsibility of their owner at all times.
Short visits by children are possible when accompanied by an adult. WorkLounge is, however, primarily a working environment where we value calm and respect for other people’s work. We therefore do not provide children’s play areas or facilities for longer stays with children.
