Yes. Meeting Rooms are available to both WorkLounge members and external clients. If you’re not a member, you can book a specific room and time online through our website. WorkLounge members can book Meeting Rooms through the member app and use the credits included in their membership.
Across our six Prague locations, you’ll find Meeting Rooms for smaller meetings as well as spaces for up to 25 people.
The range includes standard Meeting Rooms and larger Boardrooms. If you need space for more guests, training, a conference or another event format, you can use our Event Venues.
The price includes an equipped Meeting Room, Wi-Fi, presentation technology, a whiteboard or flipchart, and unlimited coffee, tea and water.

Meeting Rooms are equipped with a presentation screen with HDMI or Apple TV connectivity, Wi-Fi and a whiteboard or flipchart. Selected rooms also offer additional equipment for online and hybrid meetings. Specific technical equipment varies by room and is listed on the room detail page.
Members book Meeting Rooms through the member app, where they can see current availability across all locations.
They can use the credits included in their membership, with 1 credit equal to 1 hour in a Meeting Room. If you need more credits, you can buy additional credits in the app for CZK 350 excl. VAT per credit.
Yes. Credits can be used for Meeting Rooms at all WorkLounge locations, not just your Home Location. Simply choose the room and available time in the member app.
You can change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. For WorkLounge members, the credit used for the booking will be returned to the account if the booking is cancelled in time.
You can choose by location, number of people, equipment and price. Each Meeting Room detail page includes its capacity, photos, equipment and current price. If you’re not sure which room is best for your meeting, we’ll be happy to help you choose.
